Our Refund Commitment
At Raipur Repair Service (WELL CARE SERVICE), customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a clear and transparent refund policy.
When Refunds Apply
- Service not completed: If we are unable to complete the repair, you will not be charged
- Recurring issue: If the same problem recurs within the 90-day warranty period, we will fix it free of charge. If we are unable to fix it, a refund for the original repair will be considered
- Overcharging: If you believe you have been overcharged, contact us within 7 days of service and we will review and adjust the charges
When Refunds Do Not Apply
- After the 90-day warranty period has expired
- If the appliance develops a new, unrelated issue
- If the appliance has been tampered with by others after our repair
- For parts that have been installed and used
- If the customer approved the repair and was satisfied at the time of service
