Understanding Warranty Status

Many appliances we service may be out of manufacturer warranty. This policy explains our approach to repairing out-of-warranty appliances.

Independent Service

Raipur Repair Service (WELL CARE SERVICE) operates independently of all appliance manufacturers. We provide repair services for appliances regardless of their warranty status with the original manufacturer.

Our 90-Day Warranty

Regardless of whether your appliance is under manufacturer warranty or not, all repairs performed by Raipur Repair Service come with our own 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

Parts Used

• We use genuine or high-quality compatible replacement parts
• The type of parts used will be communicated before repair begins
• You have the option to choose between genuine and compatible parts where available
• Part warranty varies and will be specified at the time of service

Important Note

If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer authorized service center first. Using our independent service may affect your manufacturer warranty status. We are not responsible for any changes to your manufacturer warranty.

All costs, including parts and labor, are communicated upfront. You are free to accept or decline the quote before any work begins.
