Service Cancellation

At Raipur Repair Service, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Free Cancellation

• You can cancel your service appointment at any time before the technician arrives at no charge

After Diagnosis

• If our technician has performed the free diagnosis and you decide not to proceed with the repair, there is no charge
• You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote

During Repair

• If you cancel the repair after work has begun and parts have been ordered or installed, you may be charged for the parts used
• Labor charges may apply for work already completed at the time of cancellation

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment at any time by calling 7601067592. We will accommodate your preferred date and time based on availability.

No-Show Policy

If you are not available at the scheduled time and our technician is unable to access the premises, we will attempt to contact you. A rescheduling may be required.
